The Product and Customer Experience team
The Product and Customer Experience team are responsible for everything product. From the design of new products, including the development of features and customer journeys, to the management of building and launching them. This team really do live and breathe products at Oakbrook.
Our commercial leads have deep financial product knowledge and are responsible for the development and execution of our go to market strategies. They work closely with our Product Managers to design and bring to market the very best in consumer lending products. Commercial Leads own the P&L and lending plans and ensure our products meet the highest regulatory and compliance standards.
Creating exciting new products, with compelling market differentiated features, which solve customer problems and create good customer outcomes is the bread and butter for a Product Manager at Oakbrook. They’re responsible for creating the product vision and strategy as well as planning our outcome based roadmaps for delivery. Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, and partnering with Commercial Leads, Product Designers, and our Engineering teams Product Managers are core to driving our product led culture.
Customer Experience and Design
What makes a good customer journey and experience? These are the questions that get obsessed about in this team. Designing, testing, and delivering great customer experiences is core to helping us deliver our Purpose of 'simplifying and personalising borrowing'. From designing application experiences, creating payment journeys through to helping customers manage their accounts this team is the voice for user experience at Oakbrook.
