Oakbrook amongst the best places to work in 2020

The Secret’s out!
We’ve always thought that Oakbrook was a pretty awesome place to work, indeed our colleagues regularly told us so in surveys and feedback, so this year we wanted to test that theory and now, thanks to ‘Great Places to Work’, it’s official.
Having been told we were a ‘Centre of Excellence in Wellbeing’ back in November, we’ve been counting the days to find out where we would rank in the overall ‘Great Places to Work’ list for medium sized businesses.
The wait is now over and we’re delighted to announce that we ranked 54th, alongside all the other businesses who are also proudly represented in this category.
On top of the excitement about even achieving any ranking, we were blown away by the feedback we received from GPTW around; our work-life balance, trust towards colleagues and managers, diversity and innovation and continuous improvement scores.
We’re so grateful to all of our colleagues, whether they are currently working or on furlough, for regularly living and breathing our values which drive the culture that enables these great results.
As we come out the other side of this challenging situation everybody is now in, we will certainly have to find a way to celebrate in true Oakbrook style.
